  • Maker Trading was established as a logistics company in 2008. It introduced the Storage Vault technology from the United States and started collaboration with C&P based in Penjuru Lane, Jurong. The knowhow was perfected in 2010 and the Company expanded into the east and central regions of Singapore. The clients include DHL and Jumbo Restaurant.
  • At any time, over 10 thousand Cubic Metres of powder milk and over 20 thousand new mattresses are waiting in line to be distributed in Singapore. This is our typical clientele. Our specialty is large volume secured Inventory Management. The heart of our logistics operation is Storage Vaults of 1.5 M x 2.4M x 2.3 M. Each can be regarded as a storage room of 40 Square Feet or 7 Cubic Metres.
  • While designed for inventory warehousing, the Company attracted many self-storage storers during its growth. Clients want to access their own unit sand the rest 99.9% of surrounding facility is regarded as barren. The Storage Vaults come with locking mechanism so storers use them as 40 square feet self-storage units. This is like using a gigantic bank safety deposit box.
  • Many promotions have been built into standard offerings. These include moving in free handling service and free packing materials.   • XThe storage charge can be based on actual number of Storage Vaults used during the fiscal month. As containerloads are being consumed, the rent shall reduce along. When new containerload arrives, storages are charged incrementally. The Storage Vaults are excellent measuring tools, being 40 Square Feet or 7.2 Cubic Metres each.
  • XUnless one wants to occupy a large room as a whole, it is hard to lock up all inventories in a warehouse. The Storage Vaults offer locked up unit by unit. Besides EM-lock and CCTV in the facility, there are gate guards and security patrols. Furthermore, To any intruder, the Storage Vaults are stored up with opening door blocked.
  • XAccessing one among many product types from a 320 Square Feet room without any aisle is impossible. Using Storage Vaults, there are 8 doors each opening to 7 Cubic Metres. Inventory can be sorted into individual Storage Vaults by product type or by access sequence to minimize accessing efforts.
  • XThe advantage was given when mobile cube was designed. They reach the doorstep of the household, then reach into the warehouse. In the warehouse, they reach the access area or loading bay with clients’ request. Some of them reach the port and export with its inventory.

  • XA 40’ containerload in general needs 320 square feet, or alternatively, 56 Cubic Metres of storage. This translates into 8 Storage Vaults. A 20’ containerload needs half of that. A 14’ Lorry loads needs 80 Square Feet, or alternatively, 14 Cubic Metres of storage. This translates to 2 Storage Vaults. An HDB storeroom is a little smaller than 40 Square Feet, or 7 Cubic Metres of storage, or 1 Storage Vault load.
  • XWe offer the most competitive price-performance in Singapore. For spaces in the range of 160 sqft to 2000 sqft, the storage charge per square feet per month ranges from $1.29 to $1.99. Please call upon us for a detailed quotation on spaces and logistics services.
  • XThere is no need to sign a contract for the services. However, delivery of a quotation with terms and conditions in writing and a confirmation in writing or by payment accordingly are essential. Transport services need to be scheduled 3 to 5 working days in advance. Storage space can be immediately arranged based on availability.
